Professional registered person with recognized organization (Board of Engineers Malaysia (Ir.) / Institution of Engineers Malaysia (Corporate members) / Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (Sr.) / Malaysian Institute of Planners (TPr.) AND;

MJA-OTHM Level 7 with Certified Construction Project Management OR Certified Facility Management Professional AND;
-
Current Curriculum Vitae AND;
-
2 years CPD record (35 hours CPD a year or 105 hours over 3 years averaging to 35 per year) AND;

6 years of working experience, 2 years in a senior role
Academic Pathway:
-
MJA-OTHM Level 7 with Certified Construction Project Management OR Certified Facility Management Professional AND;
-
Current Curriculum Vitae AND;

6 years of working experience, 2 years in a senior role AND;
-
2 years CPD record (35 hours CPD a year or 105 hours over 3 years averaging to 35 per year) AND;

Technical report and professional interview
